What You'll Do

We are currently seeking an Amazon Content Specialist, based in the Barcelona area, for an initial 6-month temporary contract + potential for permanent position, who will manage the product setup process with the 3rd party Amazon agency in a timely and accurate manner. They will be responsible for ensuring that all new season products are set up on time, in full and with a high degree of content accuracy.

 

They will take ownership to optimize product information across both new and carryover products, identify and implement content enhancements on priority products, and support ongoing improvements to the customer experience on Amazon. This will require close collaboration with key stakeholders including the Amazon agency, vendor consultant at Amazon, Amazon US team, and BU internal teams (marketing, commercial).

 

As an Amazon Content Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze opportunities to improve the content process from business unit to Amazon agency to go live.
  • Implement changes to improve the efficiency and quality of the process.
  • Deliver content enhancements which drive an increase in conversion rate.
  • Gather and consolidate all relevant product information to enable the creation of new product selection.
  • Manage the process for all new product setup and ASIN creation
  • Ensure all images are present and optimized for newly launched products.
  • Define plan for content enhancement across existing and carryover products
  • Create enhanced content (A+ pages) at product level for high performing priority products.
  • Work with the Amazon agency to define content and translation work – auditing work to identify gaps or improvements required and managing it through to completion.
  • Managing product setup for ad-hoc revenue opportunities that arise from the BUs throughout the year.
  • Managing requests from the Amazon agency – problem solving in collaboration with internal teams to resolve content topics.

What We're Looking For

This role requires a passion for E-Commerce, digital, marketing and sales, enthusiasm for sports, preferably a background in Tennis and/or American sports, Bachelor’s Degree or ongoing studies in (sports) management, marketing, or communication. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform in a highly collaborative team environment. This role will require ownership, high attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.

 

Other requirements include: 

  • High level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, excellent in Excel
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mentality – ability to overcome ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams to reach a solution.
  • Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English
